3. Subscription Models

  • Orders are fulfilled through Shiprocket, our authorized logistics partner.

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Delivery timelines typically range between 3–7 business days within India, depending on your location.

  • You will receive an email/SMS tracking link once the shipment has been dispatched.

  • Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before confirming your order.

  • In case of loss, damage, or undelivered packages, we will coordinate with Shiprocket to provide a suitable replacement or refund, as applicable.

All physical shipments are governed by Shiprocket’s logistics standards and delivery terms.
