Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Detailing Insiders, we are committed to ensuring transparency and customer satisfaction for every purchase — whether it’s a digital article or a physical product delivered through our logistics partners such as Shiprocket.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Order Cancellation

For Physical Products (Delivered via Shiprocket):

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever comes first.

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • To request a cancellation, email us at info@detailinginsiders.com with your order number and registered contact details.

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

For Digital Articles / Downloads:

  • Digital products are delivered instantly after purchase.

  • Once the content is accessed or downloaded, cancellations are not permitted.

  • Orders can only be cancelled before payment confirmation.

2. Returns & Replacements (Physical Products Only)

  • Returns are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@detailinginsiders.com with clear photos and order details.

  • Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • Upon inspection and approval, a replacement or store credit will be issued within 7–10 working days.

3. Refund Policy

  • Eligible refunds (for cancellations or verified issues) will be processed to the original payment source within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping, COD, and convenience charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

  • For prepaid cancellations made before dispatch, a full refund will be issued automatically.

  • For digital articles, refunds are applicable only in case of duplicate payments or technical errors resulting in non-delivery.

4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Used or damaged items (not due to transit issues)

  • Digital articles or content that have been accessed or downloaded

  • Clearance or sale items
